About Malibu Construction, Inc.
Malibu Construction & Restoration, Inc is a family business, which is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida. Located in St. Lucie County and provide services from Broward County to Brevard County. With over 15 years of experience in the building industry, we are highly capable of meeting any of your building needs. With a special emphasis on new construction, room additions to existing residential properties and hurricane insurance claims. We are in a unique position to help you achieve your lifestyle and equity growth goals. We have experience in all phases of construction from design to finish and provide you with detailed estimates and structured contracts, so that you understand the process and the costs at each stage of your project.

Whether you are building a new home, adding a room, or just upgrading the interior of your home, keep in mind there are a few key steps you will have to take before we can make your dreams come true.
Malibu Construction & Restoration, Inc will meet with you to discuss your ideas and determine what is feasible in terms of established building codes, structural requirements and zoning limitations where you live. We can request a copy of your property profile and work with your local building department to discover what you can do and what you will be required to provide such as blueprints, engineering, and fees.
At that point, based on all of this information and your design goals, we can provide you with a detailed estimate to arrive at an approximate cost for your project. Our estimates are great tools for breaking down the building process for our clients, so they can see in writing both what we are going to do and what it will cost for each phase. We also like to provide our clients with options for alternative products or additional work in our estimates. The estimating process can be extremely time consuming, so we encourage our clients to be as clear about what they want as possible.
Once a scope of work and a budget are determined, we will draft a contract that includes the job description, costs, timeframe, and legal obligations of both parties. We try to be as comprehensive as possible, so that you understand what has to be done in order to make your dream a reality. Upon contract signing, the process of developing plans, applying for permits and selecting products gets started. We encourage prospective clients to visit our past or existing projects, or to talk with other homeowners we have worked with in order to reach the proper comfort and inspiration level for our work. Also, a key factor to the success of any project is proper financing.
In addition, our payment terms are connected to the completion of certain key phases in the construction process, so that the project stays as close to budget and schedule as possible.
